Our Procurement and Logistics Solutions teams work hand-in-hand with clients to help assess all aspects of their construction needs. The two main objectives of the Procurement Solutions Team are to secure competitive proposals for the materials and equipment in compliance with the contract design and specifications while shortening the delivery time cycle. Our primary objective is to achieve purchasing leverage through economies of scale. Managing and consolidating procurement orders and therefore purchasing volume achieve this objective.
