Msheireb is the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project, The mixed-use development comprises over 100 buildings, with a combination of commercial and residential properties, retail, cultural and entertainment areas. Msheireb Properties partnered with industry leaders (Gensler, Turner, HOK, Burns & McDonnell) and experts in order to align the architectural lessons of the past with the latest in eco-friendly technologies – to realize an architectural language that is relevant, enriching and truly Qatari.

Msheireb Downtown Doha includes:

• QR20 billion project to redevelop, regenerate and conserve the historical downtown of Doha.

• 31-hectare mixed-use development situated in the center of the city.

• Lively urban neighborhood featuring premier office space, retail, leisure facilities, townhouses, upscale apartments, hotels, museums, civic services, and exciting cultural and entertainment venues.
