Type of Project: In Joint venture with Bozdemir (FB JV), the $21 million Design-Bid-Build 41,000 sq. ft. property is located in the Capital, Colombo, and has been designed as a highly specialized facility requiring a high level of technical expertise to construct. A two-story addition of 20,000 sq. ft. to an existing two-story 5,000 sq. ft. heritage building with major upgrades to the existing building for a total building gross area of 25,500 sq. ft. The redevelopment of the property will include office and representational spaces, a guardhouse, a new perimeter wall, exterior landscaping, and all associated work required for these areas.

 

The 2-year construction will be executed by FB JV to meet the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada and Canadian construction standards, as well as all applicable Sri Lankan codes and standards
